Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange notification once processed.
